    Hi Shamim,

    I recently purchased your plugin and it’s awesome! Especially the email piping functionality. Too bad haven’t managed to make the email piping work.

    I’ve followed the steps in your guide with the following settings:

    – File permission of the file and folder are 755.
    – Make a forwarding address in DirectAdmin from a different domain: messaging@domainB.com.
    – Make the following piping address: “|https://www.domainA.com/wp-content/plugins/front-end-pm-pro/pro/fep-email-parser/fep-email-piping.php”.
    – I conifugred the Front End PM plugin within WordPress.

    When I responde to an e-mail I get the following error:

    This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.

    A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
    recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

    pipe to |https://www.domainA.com/wp-content/plugins/front-end-pm-pro/pro/fep-email-parser/fep-email-piping.php
    generated by messaging@domainB.com

    Do you have any idea what’s going wrong?

    You have setup piping address as URL but it will be PATH. Something like home/xxxx/public_html/wp-content/plugins/front-end-pm-pro/pro/fep-email-parser/fep-email-piping.php

    Hi Shamim,

    The fep-email-piping.php file is on a diferent domain than the forwarding address because our main domain has Gsuite which doesn’t support Email Piping.

    Shouldn’t the exact URL just work?

    URL will not work.
    Create an email where fep-email-piping.php file is. Then set this email as piping email in Front End PM PRO > Settings > Emails. It does not have to be your main domain. Or you can forward your main domain email(Gsuite) to your temporary email (email where fep-email-piping.php file is) then from this email forward to fep-email-piping.php.

    How can the fep-email-piping.php file be located at an other domain then our main domain? Does it still work then?

    it needs to be on same server (domain is not matter) where both domain have direct file access. You can even create a subdomain of your main domain for email address. Then you can pipe to fep-email-piping.php file

    Now I understand. Both domains or on the same hosting indeed, so I will try it. Thanks a lot!

    Hi Shamim,

    I managed to find the right path of the .php file, but now I get the following message when I try to send an email reply:

    ‘It looks like your PHP-installation doesn’t have a MySQL-extension that’s required to use WordPress.’

    Any idea what’s causing this?

    Are you pointing same file where your wordpress installation is?
    If you are is development you can use our latest rc version (enable Bleeding edge Update in Front End PM PRO > Settings > Licenses to get this) where you can use POP3 instead of piping.
    After update go to Front End PM > Settings > Emails > Email Piping/POP3

    Hi Shamim,

    Yes I point to the same destination.

    I’ve activated Bleeding edge Update but I get the following message: ‘POP3 is not available in this server’.

    What is your php version?
    are you using shared/VPS/Dedicated server?
    Do you use slack? If yes, knock me @shamim51

    If you share your e-mailaddress I can add you through e-mail. Else it’s not possible I think.
