    I want to send attachments in messages to other users, in this case a PDF. It works on iOS and Windows but on Android – whenever I try to download the attachment it says “Download Unsuccessful”. I tried with a jpeg as well and same error.

    in my test website i have sent 1 pdf file and 1 png file and download from android phone. Everything working perfectly.

    Can you please make a test user in your website and send some attachments. Then give access to me So that i can try.

    I have downloaded your attached pdf file in my android phone without any error.
    Please check your phone if there is enough memory or network problem or any other problem.

    Ok will test again. My phone only has Android 4.04. I will get a colleague to test it on something newer and get back to you. They also said previously that they couldn’t download attachments on a recent Samsung phone. Will let you know.

    My phone also have 4.0.4, so that is not an issue.
    Please check your phone if there is enough memory or network problem or any other problem.
