    Hi, I just bought Pro but I’m stuck.

    I do not want my users to have any messaging functionality other than being able to message members of the Hidden Groups which the admin has created and added them to.

    Example:
    Admin creates a hidden and private “Charles & Greg discuss car” group and adds in users Charles and Greg. Now Charles and Greg can message each other to discuss buying a car until the admin closes the group. Charles and Greg cannot message each other outside of the group and cannot message any other users.

    I just wanted to follow up on this. Any ideas? I bought the plugin for this sole purpose so I hope there’s a way.

    Hi Anthony,

    I think Shamim is away at the moment..

    Talking about your query, do you mean that you want to hide a group created and populated by an admin and or control which role sees that group to converse?

    if so there is some php you can use to add to your function file to do this and also nominate which roles can see those groups too.

    let me know if this is what you want and I will paste the code here.

    You can set up role to role block feature to block so that they cannot send message to each other outside group.
