    Hi Shamim,

    Looks like you have been very busy.. 🙂

    As an admin how can I determine who has been blocked?

    I have serval users that have been blocked either by accident by a new user finding there way or intentionally.

    However if both users exist in the same group (blocked user and blocker) then the blocked user can’t communicate or participate within that group if it was unintentional.

    I have tried the whitelist but after trying to enter both the display name and or the user name they still remain blocked.

    Is there an entry in the Db I can check against or an easier way to find out who has been blocked out of all the users on our system?

    Plus is there an easier way to override the block from an admin perspective?

    We are on pro version 1.1.3

    Blocked users are stored in user meta of that individual user who block other user. It is hard to query blocked users as this is stored as serialized array and blocked user ids are comma separated string.

    You can disable blocked feature all together if you want. Please go to Front End PM PRO > Settings > Security

    Hi Shamim,

    Removing the option in the dashboard to block, still does not allow the blocked user to reply in the group.

    Are all admins and Editors exempt?

    one of the blocked users is an admin!

    I have sorted this issue myself via access to phpmyadmin and searching the user meta Db table.

    However the whitelist still does not work for me..

    Whitelist does not work if that user is blocked. In next version, if user is whitelisted then they will be able to send reply if they are blocked also.
