    Hello,
    I want the users to be able to write only with the admin (me) and not with each other.

    But:
    When I go to dashboard > Front End PM > Settings > Recipients. under Multiple Recipients section
    there ist no option to check „Can send to users“ and no option „Can admin send to users“ like in the screenshot here in the manual. Where is the mistake? What can I do?
    Do you need admin access to check? I attached the screenshot to you.

    This settings changed a little bit in latest version.
    Please set 0 in “Max Recipients” field. It will remove the ability to send message user to user. As you have already set admin, user will be able to send message to admin.
