    Hi,

    The users are not receiving emails when they receive new messages in their FEP message box.

    “Email me when I get new messages?” checkbox is checked at the front-end user’s message box.
    Email Piping/POP3: enable is checked. I use the same email used for SMTP.
    SMTP is correctly configured. The users receive emails from the theme or woocommerce with no issue.

    Could you please help me with this issue? Thank you.

    How many recipients a message have?
    Is all field are filled in Front End PM PRO > Settings > Emails?
    Did you check all points in https://www.shamimsplugins.com/docs/front-end-pm-pro/troubleshoot/email-notification-not-receiving/ ?

    There is only one recipient.

    Yes, all the fields are filled at the front end settings > emails.

    I went over and checked all 6 points shown in the link one by one. They are all fine at my site. I also checked the junk mail of the recipient. I tested the SMTP and piping email which is <relay@mydomain.com>. It is also fine.

    Still, the recipient does not receive email when he receives new message.

    Can you give me access to your website so that i can test?
    Please create an admin account and send credentials using https://www.shamimsplugins.com/sensitive-information/ (i will create a test account later with my email so that i can check if i receive email or not)
