    Hi,

    Message box does NOT open for some users [0:00-0:15] while it opens for some users [0:18-0:22]

    NOTE: I removed the option “Allow others to send me messages?” at Settings (Front End PM Pro). That means users cannot block messages.

    Could you please help to resolve the issue? Thank you in advance for your time and help.

    Which shortcode you are using?
    It seems user user_nicename is not passing properly. Can you please check your code if you passing user_nicename?
