    Hi,

    I just downloaded the plugin and I added my own subject for the reply and new message notification email.

    Here is the subject I want our users to receive: ” {{sender}} sent you a message”

    However, every time a new email is sent the subject of the email is the following: “{{sender}} sent you a message [MESSAGE KEY-R6hsg8XnwcHX]”

    The {{sender}} works and is replaced by the name of the user however the [MESSAGE KEY-R6hsg8XnwcHX] appears.

    Hi Quentin,

    As the admin doesn’t seem available at the moment maybe I can help.

    That isn’t a bug. That is suppose to appear and is part of the email piping feature. If you aren’t using that feature then turn it off and the message key will disappear. The message key is used so when you reply to an email notification the plugin knows how to link it to the original sender.
