    Hi Shamim,

    I’m building a support hub using FrontEnd PM, and in each page I use the shortcode with specified admin so user can get support from the assigned admin(pre-assigned).

    However there’re some users directly send message to random admin in the new message tab, and this messed things up if they sent message to the wrong admin, so I wonder if it’s possible to disable the “send to admin” option in the new message tab, while preserving the ability to send to specific admin ONLY through the “message_to” or “message_form” shortcode? Thanks!

    Unchecked Front End PM PRO > Settings > Recipient > Can users send message to admin.
    Yours can still send message using https://www.shamimsplugins.com/docs/front-end-pm/shortcode/fep_shortcode_new_message_form/
