POP not importing message response

    I hav checked that the cron is in place and have tried running the cron manually. The message is in in the email account (google workspace) with pop3host set to pop.gmail.com with port 995
    message are going out ok, just not getting imported in. Direct responses from within the website appear on both ends
    I cannot find any other troubleshooting in support/docs
    Please help

    Hello,
    I need a response here. Is support still present or has this been abandoned. Direct emails seem to be without response as well
