I have a paid PRO plan and I have tried to activate with the license key. The key is accepted, it acknowledges my PRO plan but type of plan stays FREE. I get the message that it is a fault on your end and I should contact you. I have done so many times by email but I have not had a reaction yet and my plugin is not working completely, so kindly solve this issue.
