    Hi

    Just updated to Pro and now messaging will not retrieve usernames from directory..just says searching never returns anything

    Thank you for contacting.
    1. Are you clicking “Send Message” from Directory or typing name in “To” field?
    2. are there any custom code for this plugin in your website?
    3. is admin-ajax.php blocked in your website?

    Also let me know “Max recipients” in Front End PM > Settings > Recipient

    2. No custom code

    Max Recipients is 5

    This worked fine til I upgraded

    did you upgraded from Free version to PRO or updated from PRO previous version to PRO latest version?

    Free to Pro then Pro to latest version, never tested from free to pro
