I did download and install the latest version days ago and updated the license key. The error message I reported earlier is what I got. Nothing has changed.

Got it. So I copied and pasted the key multiple times. How could each time be missing a number? I’m glad it’s fixed and thank you for your help. Much appreciated!

Thank you for the instructions. I tried both methods several times and still get the message that the license is invalid or expired. In my account, it says that the license is active. Do I need to purchase another license or can we make this work with the license I already have?
