    Hi Shamim,

    I updated my child theme function file with your php action, refreshed both browser and host cache and it is a little more responsive but it still fails to find some names as per example regards attached pictures.

    For example in the attached screen shots the auto suggestion does not like the name “Margaret” for some reason! It never finds it even if the full name is placed in the field. However if you type part of the surname then it finds it!

    Great stuff, thanks for your reply, I can see what you mean, I will change that setting..

    Just as a heads up I got this email response to this topic in my mailbox it conflicts with you forum message – mmm seed of thought maybe your auto correct kicked in or your translate as it says chose Same Message not Separate Message as in the forum..

    Check out the copied text below… very strange.

    Just as a seed of thought maybe you could add a tick box to have an option for an alphabetical list option when adding recipients or adding members to groups if auto suggest fails to find or work properly for both front and back end?

    Yes, I understand, that makes perfect sense now..

    So are you going to wrap the field with code to trim white space to capture that kind of error, and release it as an update to avoid future issues like that?

    I am about to delete the account credentials unless you have need of it?

    Please let me know?

    Shamim,

    So I tried the above “&input_license_data=front_end_pm_pro” procedure later at about 00:54 am French time and it worked. So now the license has activated.

    Thank you for your patience and understanding.

    However the odd entry pre inserted in the “To” field still exists as per alternate topic.

    Update,

    Seems that graphic is a pre blank recipient address entry not of my doing it is there when I visit and click on the new message box and it will only allow me to send a message if I remove it..

    Please take a look at the screen shot, this is no good for our users as it will just confuse them..

    if you require a login please let me know..
