This error happens when google site key is wrong.
Please create new key from google, set which type of key you want (v2/v3). Then use this same key (site key and secret key) in this plugin settings page.If still have the error let me know your form page url.
Did you block wp json by any other means? eg. using htaccess?
What is your htaccess file?It needs custom code.

User can reply when they reach maximum limit. Count is increased only for new messages.
If you want to restrict to reply also you will need to use custom code. You can usefep_action_validate_formhook.It is very hard for me to debug. My safari (using windows) even do not load your website. it is telling that safari can’t establish a secure connection to the server.

Sometimes it require change interval one time after this plugin install. But it should not require to change this settings anymore.
Is it require to change this settings after sending every message?

Also if you want to reply to PM if somebody reply notification email you can also set that as well.This plugin uses https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/rest_url/ to get the rest url. I do not see any deprecation note in that function. Also i do not see any new api to get rest url. WordPress core also using this function. Can you ask that plugin developer what is the new api for this?
