Yes, it is changed.
Issue was not in the plugin.
You added some code in your child theme’s functions.php incorrectly. I have corrected it. Now check please.Currently it check if value is numeric or not. You can set default value to 0 (zero).
Next release i will fix it so that user can post empty value also.you can pass in url like
&field_name=field_valueIn that case i need ftp and user access. Please send using https://www.shamimsplugins.com/sensitive-information/
Use options as key value pair. eg.

But i am trying to find a way to easily remove that text. May be later version you will get this option.I never tried with that form. All supported forms are listed in plugin page as well as plugin settings page.

Better approach will be to declare inside function_exists. eg.
if ( ! function_exists( 'my_simple_crypt' ) ) { function my_simple_crypt(){ } }I do not know how this error even possible. Did you declare this function inside another function?
You can wrap this function inside function_exists call so that this error never happen.
This error also can be issue for email not deleted, But as i cannot see full code, i cannot be sure. But any fatal error can create that issue. Please wrap that function inside function_exists and see if working.
